Established as the Fuller Brush factory in the roaring 20s, Shelbourne is turning up the energy at this 12-acre campus creating a reanimated destination that’s true to the North End of Hartford and welcoming to all who want to live, gather, share, work, and thrive. The Hartford residential market is growing with a 95% residential occupancy rate in the downtown area. Ranked among the top 10 cities for jobs, Shelbourne recognizes that Hartford area is ripe for development. After extensive discussions with local government officials and community groups, it has become apparent that there is a great need for Class A residential units in this area. We are therefore entering the next stage of raising capital for the conversion of buildings 1 & 2 into 153 Class A residential units, with building 3 as an amenity space.
