The first and second floors boast their original smooth-faced limestone facade. The Pratt Street buildings are interconnected, forming an unbroken block of commercial space, featuring several stunning architectural styles - the oldest dating back to 1830. In the late 1980’s, the Pratt & Trumbull building was dramatically expanded by adding four floors to the original building and a six-story annex along Pratt Street.
